Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of dibonelli.com (the “website”). By using the website you agree to them. They cover the website only: any service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement.
Who we are
Dibonelli Real Estate is a trading name of DIBONELLI PARTNERS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17544563, incorporated on 27 October 2026. The company’s public record is available at Companies House.
Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. This address is for official correspondence only; it is not a visitor address or a place where we meet clients. To contact us, email info@dibonelli.com.
In these terms, “Dibonelli”, “we” and “us” mean DIBONELLI PARTNERS LTD.
General information only
The website describes our services and approach in general terms. It is not advice — financial, investment, legal, tax or otherwise — and should not be relied on as such. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance. The availability, scope and fees of any service are confirmed in writing, property by property, before any work begins. Fee ranges shown on the website are indicative.
Property information
Any information about property on the website, or provided in response to an enquiry — including descriptions, figures, examples, rental or performance estimates and market commentary — is given for general guidance, is subject to verification and may change. It does not form part of any contract. Photographs on the website are illustrative and do not show properties managed by Dibonelli unless stated.
No agency or client relationship
Using the website, sending an enquiry or receiving a reply does not create an agency agreement, a management agreement, an advisory engagement or any other contractual relationship between you and us. Such a relationship exists only once a written agreement has been entered into by both parties.
Enquiries
We consider every enquiry, but sending one does not guarantee that we will accept you as a client or provide a particular service. We may decline an enquiry, for example where a property or request falls outside the services we offer. Complimentary first reviews are brief, preliminary and offered subject to suitability and availability.
Professional services and specialists
Work that requires a specialist qualification — such as legal advice, tax and accountancy, surveys and valuations, safety certification or regulated financial advice — is provided by appropriately qualified professionals, not by Dibonelli, and is arranged or recommended only with your agreement.
Intellectual property
The Dibonelli name and logo, and the text and design of the website, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or republish any part of the website for commercial purposes without our written permission. Photographs are used under licence from their owners and are credited on our image credits page.
Using the website
You must not misuse the website — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems that run it, introducing malicious code, or sending automated or unsolicited enquiries.
Links and availability
Where the website links to other websites, those websites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content. We may update, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time.
Our liability
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information on the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the website applies.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have the benefit of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings there.
